The path from darkness to light is a hard one at times. I know because I have done it. You don't realize what is happening until you come out of that lifestyle and look back. The way into darkness is always subtle at first then becomes more demanding of you and over time becomes your life. The dark side as the movie "Star Wars" refers to is very true and very evil. It is a wonder I was not destroyed because of it.

As a young girl going into dark places became a way of life for me. I was always fascinated with the world of sorcery, witchcraft and ghosts that I became a part of the very life that was trying to destroy me. Growing up in a home where alcoholism, arguing, fighting for attention in a family of eight kids was the way of life. This causes problems that seem to not be fixable. Being molested as a young girl also led to promiscuity and a perverse lifestyle so darkness became an inevitable outcome. I had been involved in sceances, palm. tarot and psychic readings, you name it. It became a power struggle for an existence in this world where it seemed I had no control over.

I had things come against my life even while in my mother's womb. I could have been born with positive blood and would have had major problems with my Mom having Rh Negative blood. As a young teenager I started hanging out with the "Hell's Angels" while living in California, only the grace of God kept me from harm. I was never taken advantage of and I hung out with them and a mutual friend off and on for months. I have been in 11 car accidents in my life, the list is long.

There is an enemy of the Lord that works at getting us to die before the fulfillment of our destinies. The lifestyle of darkness is to keep us in darkness never to see the light of God. This is why you must hear me when I say the light brings the love we need. Darkness only brings fear. Until I was in my 30's I didn't know there could be another life I could live. I am so grateful for a second chance!

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Darkness cannot stay where Jesus is. I have been delivered and set free and so can you.
